Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are generally prepared within 1–3 business days. Because Taply products may be programmed for your business before shipment, processing time is separate from the delivery estimate shown at checkout.

Shipping options
Standard shipping is $8 and is free for orders of $70 or more. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 business days after shipment. Express shipping is $15 and is estimated at 1–2 business days after shipment. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and incorrect addresses can affect delivery times.

Tracking
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Address changes and delivery issues
Reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible if the shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has begun processing. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost in transit, reply to your order confirmation email with the order number and relevant details so we can help.
